She graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1999 with a BA (Hons) in History and has since gained over ten years of market research experience. Kirsty’s areas of expertise are customer satisfaction, brand tracking, advertising awareness and consumer profiling. She has conducted research projects in numerous sectors, including finance, media and publishing, IT, transport and education.

Kirsty is a full member of the Market Research Society and holds the MRS diploma.
