
Nicole joined Network Research and Marketing in June 2008 as a Senior Consultant.
Nicole has a wealth of quantitative and qualitative experience, which covers all aspects of project management, execution, analysis and presentation. Nicole has lead many different types of studies from large multi-national trackers to smaller tailored ad-hoc projects. At Network Research, Nicole handles a combination of ad-hoc and continuous surveys with a particular focus on customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
Nicole’s research career began in 1997 at NOP, where she spent nine years in the ad-hoc team within the automotive division and worked with many of the major car manufacturers on a range of projects such as NPD research, brand and image tracking, website usability, and customer, dealer and employee satisfaction research.
In 2003, Nicole wrote the lead article in Research Magazine’s transport special report supplement, focusing on road pricing (‘Two wheels good. Four wheels bad’).
Prior to joining Network Research, Nicole spent two years at ORC International, specialising in online research with web portal reporting, predominantly within the Travel, Tourism and Leisure markets, measuring guest and membership experience.
