Kirstin's research career began in 1999 as a graduate at BMRB International, where she spent 4 years developing her skills before specialising in stakeholder research.
Kirstin joined Network Research from MORI where she had managed accounts within the Corporate and Consumer division across a variety of sectors.
At Network Research, Kirstin works with particular focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. She handles ad hoc and continuous projects in the consumer and corporate markets.
Kirstin has been a full member of the Market Research Society since 2002.
