
Richard has recently joined Network Research as a Research Manager with specialist experience in the areas of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Richard’s market research career began in 1999 at Martin Hamblin (GfK) where he spent a year working in the International Operations team. From here, Richard moved to the Consumer & Retail division at NOP World and focussed on managing a number of continuous tracking projects in the area of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prior to joining Network Research, Richard was working on a number of Ad Hoc research programmes within the FMCG arena at SPA; particular focus was on measuring shopper satisfaction, loyalty and monitoring shopper behaviour in the grocery retailer arena.
At Network Research, Richard is responsible for a number of continuous and Ad Hoc research programmes, with the main focus being on customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
