Petra came to the UK from the Netherlands in 1983 to begin her Market Research career with transport planning consultancy MVA.
At MVA she progressed to Project Manager, handling trade-off studies and customer satisfaction work and running projects in the UK, the Netherlands and France.
In 1990 she moved to The Research Business International (now part of Synovate) to head up their quantitative department. The focus of her work was mainly international and she integrated qualitative techniques into quantitative research. She worked with clients across a wide range of sectors, including food and drink, fmcg, personal care, retail and automotive.
Petra joined Network Research in 1995, after a short spell at the Harris Research Centre (now part of TNS). Her work with us includes studies for COI and many other clients, as well as internal quality management and consultancy on research techniques and the best use of software.
Petra is a full member of the Market Research Society.
