Rachel is our Head of Project Operations, responsible for the running of projects for our biggest client.  Rachel has worked in market research for over 15 years. 

Rachel’s background is in Field Operations.  She joined Network Research as a telephone interviewer whilst writing up her thesis for a Masters degree. She soon progressed to become a supervisor and then Assistant Field Manager. She left us after 2 years to become Field Manager for Total Research. Within 6 months she was heading up their quantitative field unit as Associate Director. This was a demanding role with as many as 20 projects running in field at any one time involving up to 12 different languages and 85 interviewers. 

Rachel came back to Network Research in 1997 as Operations Manager and was responsible for running Network’s three telephone centres.  In 2007 she took up a new role running a project team consisting of Researchers, Analysts and Project Controllers.
