Rachel is our Associate Director, responsible for Operations and has worked in market research for over ten years.

She joined Network Research as a telephone interviewer whilst writing up her thesis for a Masters degree. She soon progressed to become a supervisor and then Assistant Field Manager.

She left us after 2 years to become Field Manager for Total Research. Within 6 months she was heading up their quantitative field unit as Associate Director. This was a demanding role with as many as 20 projects running in field at any one time involving up to 12 different languages.

Rachel came back to Network Research in 1997 and now runs our three telephone centres, working closely with the centre managers.
