Stephen graduated in 1987 and went straight into market research. He began as an interviewer for NOP and then moved to Rosslyn Research where his work focused on customer satisfaction with particular emphasis on complex international projects.

Stephen joined Network Research in 1996 as an Associate Director. He specialises in ad-hoc research projects across a broad range of business and consumer markets. He uses both qualitative and quantitative techniques on studies that involve face-to-face and CATI interviewing.
