Virginia began her 25 year research career at MIL (now NOP World) where she worked on continuous quality tracking studies for major players in the automotive industry.

She joined Business Decisions (now TN/AGB) in 1984 and then moved to BJM (now TNS-Global) in 1989 as Head of Telephone Research.

In 1996 Virginia joined Network Research as a Director with special responsibility for marketing and business development; she is now Managing Director.

She specialises in telephone research techniques and has considerable experience of qualitative and quantitative research. Other strings to her bow include financial and automotive research, customer satisfaction, employee and image research.

Virginia is a full member of the Market Research Society and regularly contributes to MRS Training courses. She is also a member of the BIG Forum committee.
