Each year, Network Research conduct hundreds of research projects making contact with approximately half a million customers.
Our Consultants are experienced in the design and interpretation of customer research programmes. They work closely with clients to ensure that the business context of each project is never forgotten.
Every programme is steered by a Director who stays fully engaged with the client to ensure that our responsiveness is second to none.
A Project Operations team will handle everything from start to finish. Typically, this team includes:
- an experienced Researcher
- an Analyst
- a Project Controller
and runs under the guidance of a senior manager.
We have three telephone centres, one in London, one in Bristol and one in Brighton.
Our 120+ CATI stations are data linked so resources can also be shared.
Our range of software enables us to manage large client databases and we use sophisticated statistical tools to collect and analyse information.
Our dedicated servers host Extranet resources and our in-house software developers work closely with clients to design:
- applications for project management information
- downloadable deliverables
- knowledge banks
- results feed mechanisms across the client organisation.
